About Wine Horse Tours

Wine Horse Tours is organised by RG Formación. For commercial enquiries or questions about the organisation of your proposed journey, contact asistencia@winehorsetours.com.

Email enquiries

The enquiry tool prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not send your enquiry or store your form details on a Wine Horse Tours server. You decide whether to send the email.

If you email asistencia@winehorsetours.com, the information you provide is used to discuss your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage any subsequent arrangements. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry and avoid sensitive documents in an initial email.

Questions and data requests

To ask how your enquiry information is handled, request a correction or deletion, or ask us not to contact you again, write to asistencia@winehorsetours.com. Correspondence needed for an agreed booking or legal obligation may need to be retained.

Links and hosting

This website links to independent organisations, including UNESCO and the regional tourism authority. Their own privacy notices apply when you visit them. Our hosting provider may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the website. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics to this version.

Travel proposals

This website is an introduction to our service, not a booking contract. The final itinerary, price, inclusions, payment and cancellation terms must be provided and agreed before a booking is confirmed.
